Mold / Mildew / Odor Control
MM2 was developed to be a safe, natural, cleaning and maintenance product which cleans and deodorizes by biologically removing residual organic waste, neutralizing the residual odor components through the process of destructive elimination, and inhibits the growth of mold and mildew. The biological removal of the organic waste is accomplished by the application of our MM-2’s non-odor causing bacteria.
While developing this product we focused on the use of bacterial from the genus Bacillus since these bacteria produce shelf stable spores and some strains are known to inhibit mold growth. MM2 is a state-of-the art bacterial-enzyme cleaner proven through months of research and over 18 months of wet location field trials.
